About me

I am a Hindi linguist with a specialization degree from the University of Delhi and have been providing linguistic services for the past 7+ years. I am working in the Games, iGaming, eSports, App & Websites, IT, and Literature localization & translation industry since January 2020. I have worked with multiple agencies and studios with 50+ major titles and 4 million+ words of translation so far. My translation journey began in 2015 with E-commerce where I completed 5000+ products marketing translations by 2020 and now providing various marketing (promotion, press release, packaging, and manuals) translation services to the Games Industry too.  My personalized online tutoring journey began in June 2021 and completed 100+ hrs within two months. 

During my academic years at the University of Delhi, I studied the Evolution of Hindi and its comparison with Indo- European languages, Phonology, Morphology, Semantics, Pragmatics, History of Hindi literature, and Indian society. This gave me deep insight into this beautiful language. Hence, I cherished it and decided to make a living out of it. In my initial years, I struggled to make this decision a good one and encountered this very notion, ‘One can do nothing with a language degree that is too- Hindi!’ almost on each step. But I kept sharpening my expertise and worked on my weaknesses. Today, I am not only earning with my Hindi proficiency but also applauding my decision. The feeling of giving back to this language by enriching it on the internet and taking it to a new horizon is amazing! I also desire to help those who wish to do the same. In the end, language skills are inferior to none. A language gives voice to the world and makes us reach out!

Currently, I am working as a freelance language teacher and linguist with many agencies, localization studios, and clients.
